No PSV yet?
A valid PSV-D licence is required for e-hailing. Current Bolt guidance states that applicants must be at least 21, have held a valid CDL for at least one year, complete the medical process, attend the 6-hour PSV course and complete the applicable JPJ process.

PUSPAKOM
An inspection certificate is required for vehicles aged 3 years or more and confirms safety and environmental compliance.
E-Hailing Insurance
E-hailing insurance coverage is compulsory for drivers conducting e-hailing activities in Malaysia.
EVP & Vehicle Change
Only one car can be active at a time. A new vehicle application requires valid road tax, VOC/registration, e-hailing insurance and PUSPAKOM where applicable. Review typically takes 5–7 working days.
